Senior Director of Business Applications

Core responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end implementation of Unit4 ERP, ensuring seamless deployment across finance, accounting, billing, and project management functions
• Build and lead a Project Management Office (PMO) to standardize delivery practices, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Develop and execute a roadmap for enterprise applications that support scalability and innovation
• Shape and maintain a modern enterprise architecture aligned with business goals

This role contributes to designing the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence, helping build a modern, secure, and resilient grid that transforms the future of energy and makes an impact on communities and the environment.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 15+ years of experience leading IT business applications in high-growth, mid-sized companies
• Expert in ERP delivery—full lifecycle leadership across business case development, vendor selection, cutover, deployment, and hyper care
• Deep expertise in ERP systems (Unit 4 preferred), IT governance, data strategy, and integration
