Mission
What you will drive
- Lead a $20 million capital raise for Ground Up Investing's second fund and build strategy for a subsequent $75 million fund.
- Develop and execute resource acquisition strategies targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals, impact investors, foundations, and DFIs.
- Manage investor relations, ensuring transparent communication and long-term partnerships.
- Build and lead a Business Development, Investor Relations, and Marketing & Communications team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Development, Public Policy, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fundraising or sales, preferably in impact investing, ESG, private credit, or international development.
- Demonstrated success securing seven-figure to $10M+ investments from HNWIs, foundations, impact investors, and DFIs.
- Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
