Senior Director, Account Management

• Own North American renewal and net retention performance, delivering against subscription retention targets and driving Net Revenue Retention through structured expansion plays.
• Drive marketplace engagement across the NA customer base, increasing active account participation in projects, RFPs, surveys, and market signals.
• Lead and develop a high-performing 7-person team, installing consistent account management playbooks, QBR cadences, and customer health-scoring practices.
• Represent the voice of the North American customer to Product and leadership, maintaining senior relationships with strategic accounts.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by ensuring that buyers and sellers on LevelTen's marketplace are effectively engaged, retained, and expanded, enabling more renewable energy transactions and reducing carbon emissions.

• 10+ years of professional work experience, with significant experience in clean energy, utility, or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, think strategically, and develop plans that impact enterprise customer engagement.
• Salesforce fluency and strong command of modern Customer Success methodology (health scoring, QBRs, segmentation, NRR motions).
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
