Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic growth of 350's digital presence and media influence in France
- Produce and disseminate communications content to amplify campaigns and mobilizations in French and European media
- Manage 350's France social media channels by regularly producing and posting creative content
- Drive local supporter growth, visibility, alliances, and fundraising to increase 350's influence, income, and impact in France

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in campaigning in grassroots groups, civil society organizations, or relevant settings
- Good command of digital tools (e.g., ActionKit, WordPress, NewMode, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Facebook, Bluesky, Instagram)
- Significant experience in developing and delivering written, verbal, and visual content for online supporters
- Proven track record in creating effective campaign communications, high-quality media content, and leading media relations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes and limited budgets
- Comfortable working independently in remote, multicultural teams across multiple time zones
