Senior Devops Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Design scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure, networks, and security, provisioning and maintaining AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, and other services.
• Automate infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Integrate security best practices into DevOps pipelines, implement infrastructure monitoring, and administer Windows and Linux systems.
• Work closely with development teams for smooth application deployment, provide training to junior engineers, and design disaster recovery plans with Kubernetes cluster management.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in DevOps or related roles with proven expertise in designing and managing scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible, extensive experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation, and strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like ICINGA, expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, IAM, VPCs, etc.), and solid background in Windows and Linux administration including patch management.
• Experience in cloud cost optimization, infrastructure performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, Kubernetes cluster management, and strong knowledge of GitHub.
