Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and write compelling grant proposals and reports for foundation and government funders.
- Manage a portfolio of institutional donors, cultivating new relationships and stewarding existing ones.
- Collaborate with program and finance staff to align donor interests with CIEL's strategic priorities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of professional experience in institutional development/fundraising.
- Proven experience securing grants in the mid to upper six-figure range.
- Strong grant writing skills and ability to interpret grant budgets.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
