Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and write compelling grant proposals and reports, collaborating across programs to align with CIEL's mission and strategic priorities.
- Maintain a portfolio of institutional donors, grow relationships, and identify new prospects to maximize funding potential.
- Coordinate with finance and program staff to ensure timely submission of proposals, renewals, and reporting requirements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an institutional development/fundraising role.
- Proven experience securing grants in mid to upper six-figure range and managing a portfolio of grants with competing deadlines.
- Strong grant writing skills and ability to understand and interpret grant budgets.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently.

Salary range: $75,000-$90,000 (12.5% increase applies in Switzerland).
