Senior Development Manager

• Provide portfolio-wide technical oversight, surfacing risks and solving problems across all US markets.
• Manage assigned projects through the full development lifecycle from feasibility to COD.
• Mentor team members and improve internal development standards and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, construction, and external stakeholders.

This role directly accelerates the transition to a clean-energy future by leading the development of solar and battery storage projects that reduce reliance on fossil fuels and combat climate change.

• 5+ years of renewable energy development experience with solar PV and/or BESS projects.
• Strong command of development fundamentals: site feasibility, interconnection, permitting, project scheduling, budget management.
• Advanced proficiency in critical path scheduling and project costing/budgeting.
• Intermediate proficiency with Helioscope, Smartsheet, MS Office Suite (or equivalent).
