Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of major and upper-mid-level donors, developing relationship strategies and revenue goals.
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value gifts, including multi-year commitments, appreciated assets, DAFs, and planned giving.
- Translate program and budget information into donor-ready funding opportunities and giving cases.
- Use Salesforce to maintain portfolio discipline, track donor interactions, and support forecasting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7โ10 years of fundraising experience with strong emphasis on major gifts and donor relationship management.
- Demonstrated success securing gifts in the $25,000+ range; experience with $100,000+ gifts and multi-year commitments strongly preferred.
- Practical familiarity with appreciated asset giving, stock gifts, DAFs, and planned giving vehicles.
- High level of competence in Salesforce or comparable CRM; strong written and verbal communication skills.
