Senior Development Manager, California Chapter

• Lead fundraising and recruitment efforts to achieve revenue goals for community and donor-based events.
• Plan and execute peer-to-peer fundraising events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget oversight.
• Build and grow the local Chapter Advisory Board, and cultivate donor relationships for gifts up to $10,000.
• Support community engagement and volunteer management to advance the Parkinson's Foundation mission.

This role directly improves the lives of people with Parkinson's disease by raising critical funds for care and research, and by building a supportive community across California and Hawaii.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management, and spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent presentation, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Remote position based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
