Senior Development Director

Core responsibilities:

• Build on existing foundation and oversee comprehensive fundraising strategy for Vote Mama PAC, Foundation, and Lobby
• Design and execute high-impact fundraising strategies including donor acquisition, cultivation, and stewardship
• Personally manage major donor portfolio and partner with COO to manage institutional portfolio
• Manage Individual Giving Director and Development Operations Manager while supporting staff with existing portfolios

This role creates positive change by building the political power of moms, normalizing moms running for office, and breaking structural barriers moms face in elected office to create a truly family-friendly political system.

• Ability to lead charge in diversifying and growing donor base
