Senior Designer/Architect

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Lead and contribute to competition entries, feasibility studies, and early design development for major city-shaping projects
• Translate strategic project ambitions into sustainable and impactful architectural outcomes
• Shape and communicate clear design narratives at the front end of projects
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across the global network

Required qualifications:

• Experienced designer with passion for innovative, high-quality architecture across conceptual and detailed resolution
• Ability to work on billable projects within the practice and support business critical proposals and marketing efforts
• Experience working with teams to deliver innovative and high quality design solutions
• Background in architecture with focus on human-centric design approaches
