Senior Design Engineer

Core responsibilities for the Senior Design Engineer role:

• Lead design engineering efforts for mechanical equipment in carbon capture technology
• Develop and optimize engineering solutions for climate technology systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance carbon removal technology
• Ensure engineering excellence and scalability in design processes

This role contributes directly to carbon removal technology that helps reclaim control of our climate future, working toward a decarbonized world that enables growth and prosperity.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Senior-level engineering experience (7+ years) in mechanical design
• Expertise in mechanical equipment design and engineering principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic scale-up environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality and collaborative approach
