Senior Data Governance Analyst

• Lead implementation of the data governance operating model, managing data and change requests across the organization.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, best practices, and data quality standards.
• Provide training and support to teams on data governance practices and data management protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure governed and reliable data assets and align metadata, data lineage, and data sharing processes.

This role ensures high-quality, well-governed data that enables Water.org to effectively deliver safe water and sanitation solutions, empowering millions of people worldwide.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or related fields and/or equivalent related work experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive responsibility with data management, including four or more years of experience with data governance management and related disciplines.
• Demonstrated knowledge with data cataloging, data quality management, and data lineage.
• Proficient (written and verbal) in English.

Base salary range of $85,000-$100,000. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability, and retirement program. This position is ineligible for annual incentive plan.
