Senior Data Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Create engaging management information (MI) that tells the story of the business, working with a team of experienced analysts to shape domains and bring thought leadership on MI design
• Drive new methodologies in MI design and visualization to deliver easier-to-understand, fit-for-purpose MI, building "playbooks for performance" across different functions
• Build automated reporting from trusted data sources using data governance standards, ensuring data is available, scalable, and accurate
• Partner with Product teams to ensure data readiness for new functionality and deliver regulatory reporting that is accurate and automated

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with broad experience in team working and cross-functional engagement
• Mastery of advanced SQL features including analytic/window functions, CTEs, and subqueries, with understanding of performance/processing concepts
• Ability to construct narratives based on data analysis and effectively communicate insights to senior leadership
• Passion for creating new insights through MI and solving complex data problems through collaboration

Compensation and perks:

• Salary range: £45,000-£55,000 with flexibility based on skills and experience
