Senior Data Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Engage with and manage stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant to clients to identify opportunities for business growth and digital innovation
• Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, understand and advise on digital process lifecycles, and translate client business goals into strategic blueprints
• Perform data analysis including ETL processes and dashboard development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and gather/translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support bid writing and proposal development for new projects, identify and scope work opportunities with clients, and deliver compelling data storytelling to influence decision-making

This role creates positive change by identifying strategic growth opportunities and delivering actionable insights that drive digital transformation and process optimization for clients, ultimately helping organizations operate more efficiently and effectively.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, ETL processes, and dashboard development
• Client-facing experience and consultancy background with ability to engage with and manage stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, layman-friendly language to diverse stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, scientists, and UI/UX designers
