Senior Data Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Engage with and manage stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant to clients to identify opportunities for business growth and digital innovation
• Translate client business goals into strategic blueprints, analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, and support bid writing and proposal development
• Perform data analysis including ETL processes and dashboard development, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and gather/translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear language and deliver compelling data storytelling to influence decision-making

This role creates positive change by identifying strategic growth opportunities and delivering actionable insights that drive digital transformation and process optimization for clients.

Required qualifications:

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, ETL processes, and dashboard development
• Client-facing experience and consultancy background with ability to manage stakeholders and identify strategic opportunities
• Ability to translate business goals into technical specifications and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, scientists, and UI/UX designers
