Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage veritree's larger customers, ensuring they derive value from the relationship and platform
  • Design scalable operating structures and processes for the Customer Success Team
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and proactively engage customers from go-live to renewal
  • Partner with Sales to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B customer-facing experience with executive-level presentation skills
  • Experience working in high-growth companies and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels (email, phone, video, in-person)
  • Proficient using Excel, project management tools (Clickup), Slack, and Google Suite
