Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage veritree's larger customers, ensuring they derive value from the relationship and platform
- Design scalable operating structures and processes for the Customer Success Team
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and proactively engage customers from go-live to renewal
- Partner with Sales to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of B2B customer-facing experience with executive-level presentation skills
- Experience working in high-growth companies and fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills across all channels (email, phone, video, in-person)
- Proficient using Excel, project management tools (Clickup), Slack, and Google Suite
