About This Role

This Senior Customer Success Contractor role involves managing 15–20 complex enterprise accounts across EMEA and APAC, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in sustainability, sourcing, and R&D teams. You'll drive platform adoption and retention by embedding HowGood's data into customers' core workflows, directly impacting their ability to make informed sustainability decisions across their value chains.

A typical day might involve conducting strategic check-ins with enterprise customers across Europe and APAC to drive platform adoption, collaborating with the European Sales team on account expansion opportunities, and working with HowGood's Data and Research organizations to address customer-specific sustainability questions. You'll spend time analyzing customer health metrics in Salesforce and developing success plans to embed sustainability data into clients' core decision-making workflows.
