Senior CRM Executive

• Own the CRM content calendar - spotting opportunities, shaping weekly messaging, and ensuring our prospects receive timely, relevant communications.
• Bring campaigns to life by building, QA'ing, and deploying flawless emails and automated journeys.
• Measure what matters, reporting on KPIs like opens, clicks, opt-outs, and conversions to continuously improve performance.
• Lead our test-and-learn roadmap, shaping hypotheses and experiments that refine segmentation, content, and performance.

This role helps drive sustainable change and decarbonise the planet by making it seamless for drivers to switch to cleaner, greener electric vehicles through effective customer communications.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms - ideally HubSpot, Ortto, or similar.
• Strong database management, segmentation, and journey mapping skills, with solid knowledge of GDPR best practice.
• Excellent communication skills: you need to write compelling briefs for copywriters to respond to and sub-edit content, and on occasion write copy from scratch.
• Data-driven in your approach: you have a strong understanding of performance metrics and how this relates to the content that you're delivering.
