Senior Corporate Accountant

• Own full-cycle accounting for multiple entities across multiple jurisdictions, including general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Support statutory reporting, compliance with local accounting standards, and annual audits.
• Partner with field exploration teams to provide project accounting and reporting support.
• Process invoices through accounts payable and oversee vendor compliance.

This role enables KoBold Metals to efficiently manage its global accounting operations, supporting the discovery of critical minerals for the clean energy transition, thereby accelerating the shift to electric vehicles and renewable energy.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with international operations and multi-entity accounting.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Full-time position. US base salary range: $90,000-$110,000. Remote work within US or Canada. Equal opportunity employer.
