Senior Coordinator, Coalitions & Member Experience

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide operational and communication support for coalitions, networks, and champions.
• Manage membership inbox, onboarding, renewal processes, and Salesforce data entry.
• Support leadership by handling day-to-day member conversations and preparing materials.

This role strengthens the infrastructure of higher education civic engagement, enabling institutions to develop students' citizenship skills and forge effective community partnerships, thereby fostering democratic principles and addressing polarization.

• 3+ years experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with coalitions, networks, or membership-based organizations.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data entry in CRM systems.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Organizational breaks include Winter Break (Dec 24 - Jan 1) and Summer Reset (week of July 4).
