Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as a primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide operational and communication support for coalitions, networks, and champions.
- Manage membership inbox, onboarding, renewal processes, and Salesforce data entry.
- Support leadership by handling day-to-day member conversations and preparing materials.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with coalitions, networks, or membership-based organizations.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data entry in CRM systems.
