Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for members, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide operational and communication support for coalitions, networks, and champions.
  • Manage membership inbox, onboarding, renewal processes, and Salesforce data entry.
  • Support leadership by handling day-to-day member conversations and preparing materials.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with coalitions, networks, or membership-based organizations.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and managing data entry in CRM systems.
