What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and approve a wide range of agreements including professional services, funding, collaborations, NDAs, and licensing agreements
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of agreements across more than 40 projects
  • Serve as strategic contracts advisor to project teams, translating contractual complexity into clear, risk-informed guidance
  • Support policy and template modernization, clause library development, and implementation of new agreements systems

Required qualifications:

  • Progressive experience in contract management or legal operations with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high volumes of agreements
  • Leadership or senior-level experience as a reviewer, approver, or escalation point for contracts
  • Experience in mission-driven settings (nonprofit, public sector, or international organizations) with complex programs
  • Strong advisory skills supporting internal stakeholders with practical, risk-informed guidance and collaborative negotiations
  • Experience with contract systems or CLM tools implementation and optimization
