Senior Contracts Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead management of key contracts for windfarm, solar, and battery projects across the UK and Ireland
• Develop and implement commercial management strategies for renewable energy projects
• Define contracting strategies, lead tendering, negotiation, and management of multi-million-pound contracts
• Manage a team of contract managers and support development of procedures within the Contracts and Capex function

This role supports the construction of renewable energy projects (windfarms, solar, and battery) across the UK and Ireland, contributing to the transition to Net Zero and creating sustainable energy infrastructure for the future.

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Commercial discipline with experience in high-value, complex project delivery contracts
• Experience in commercial and contractual aspects of technology and industrial engineering projects
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead complex commercial arrangements
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Power BI, and other database management systems
