Senior Consultant

Core responsibilities include:

• Data collection and synthesis through web research, Excel analysis, and interviews with client organization leaders, staff, constituents, and stakeholders
• Development of synthesis documents in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word formats
• Project management including coordinating meetings, developing deliverables, and maintaining team norms like quality control
• Business development activities such as proposal writing, conference attendance, and article writing

This role creates positive change by helping visionary leaders and organizations achieve impact through strategy and management consulting, ultimately spurring dramatic improvements in the quality of life of vulnerable populations and communities.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Passion for social justice and excellent team player with high willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent analytical skills with high comfort in math, logic, and data
• Strong written and oral communication skills with strategic thinking ability
• Recently completed graduate degree (or equivalent) with coursework in statistics, economics, finance, logic, sociology, anthropology, political science, or education
• 5+ years of professional or postgraduate research experience with facility in workplace expectations

Compensation: $60-80 hourly (part-time, 10-15 hours per week). All PEG employees are employed on a part-time basis. The organization values diversity and cultural competency, reflected in leadership, client selection, methodology, and staffing.
