Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Data collection and synthesis through web research, Excel analysis, and interviews with client organization leaders, staff, constituents, and stakeholders
- Development of synthesis documents in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word formats
- Project management including coordinating meetings, developing deliverables, and maintaining team norms like quality control
- Business development activities such as proposal writing, conference attendance, and article writing

Required skills and qualifications:
- Passion for social justice and excellent team player with high willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent analytical skills with high comfort in math, logic, and data
- Strong written and oral communication skills with strategic thinking ability
- Recently completed graduate degree (or equivalent) with coursework in statistics, economics, finance, logic, sociology, anthropology, political science, or education
- 5+ years of professional or postgraduate research experience with facility in workplace expectations
