Mission
What you will drive
- Independently manage day-to-day work on large, complex projects and project components, conducting significant project-specific analysis and writing
- Provide strategic leadership and advanced program implementation expertise for the New England Heat Pump Accelerator program, translating contract goals into actionable strategies
- Manage high-profile projects promoting cutting-edge energy programs, including client relationships, meeting facilitation, budget tracking, and staff oversight
- Represent VEIC at regional and national forums and participate in market strategy and cross-functional teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree plus eight or more years of relevant professional experience, including managing projects, programs, and client relationships
- Five or more years' experience within the efficiency or renewable energy field preferred
- Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and analytical skills with demonstrated creativity and innovation
- Extensive knowledge of energy-efficiency/renewable markets, programs, policies, and economic analysis techniques
