Senior Computational Biologist - Translational and Clinical Biomarkers

• Evaluate therapeutic hypotheses using internal and external data to identify candidate biomarkers for translational studies and clinical trials
• Pilot novel methods for patient stratification and indication selection or expansion
• Deliver biological insights from analysis of high-dimensional datasets including phenomics, transcriptomics, and patient-derived data
• Industrialize analysis approaches to accelerate future projects and scale impact across the portfolio

This role advances promising therapeutic candidates through clinical trials to develop life-changing medicines, directly contributing to getting new treatments to patients faster.

• PhD in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, or related field with 3+ years biotech/pharma experience OR MS with 5+ years experience
• Experience with high-dimensional patient biomarker data from clinical trials in oncology
• Strong understanding of patient genetics and druggability of disease pathways
• Experience applying computational methods (probabilistic, statistical, machine learning) to analyze complex biological/clinical data using Python or R
• Deep expertise in analysis and integration of multiple 'omics data modalities

Estimated annual base range: $151,800 to $216,300 (USD). Eligible for annual bonus and equity compensation, plus comprehensive benefits package. Hybrid work model with office presence required at least 50% of the time.
