Profile
What makes you a great fit
- PhD in computational biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, or related field with 3+ years biotech/pharma experience OR MS with 5+ years experience
- Experience with high-dimensional patient biomarker data from clinical trials in oncology
- Strong understanding of patient genetics and druggability of disease pathways
- Experience applying computational methods (probabilistic, statistical, machine learning) to analyze complex biological/clinical data using Python or R
- Deep expertise in analysis and integration of multiple 'omics data modalities
