Senior Community Engagement Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Setting strategic direction and creating/implementing Stakeholder/Community Engagement and Communications Plans
• Leading public and stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, advisory committees, and community meetings
• Managing multiple project teams and direct reports while overseeing quality control of all engagement materials
• Driving growth of community engagement services and identifying new business opportunities

This role helps deliver large, complex infrastructure projects across Texas and around the nation by ensuring effective community engagement and stakeholder communication.

Required qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in community engagement and communications
• Experience with stakeholder mapping, outreach strategies, and reputational risk management
• Ability to lead public engagement activities and manage project teams
• Knowledge of industry best practices for complex infrastructure projects
