Senior Commercial Solar Performance Analyst

• Monitor and analyze performance of commercial solar systems (15 kW to 10 MW) using DAS platforms, detect issues, and coordinate service tickets.
• Onboard new clients and assets, configure technical specifications, and produce performance reports.
• Provide technical support to customers and field technicians, assist with energy simulations, and support sales team with pre-sales modeling.

This role directly supports the operational health of commercial solar projects, ensuring maximum energy production and reliability, which accelerates the transition to renewable energy and reduces carbon emissions.

• 3+ years of commercial solar monitoring experience with strong understanding of solar technology, monitoring systems, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with DAS platforms, solar monitoring alerts, and customer escalations/tier one technical support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, and CRM applications; experience with energy simulation platforms (e.g., PVsyst) a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with high attention to detail.
