Senior Commercial Manager - 12 month FTC

• Own the strategy for the EV charger installation business, including what to sell, how to sell it, and pricing.
• Drive commercial performance through full P&L ownership and lead the budgeting process.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships, lead the technical design survey team, and improve conversion rates via digital sales funnels.
• Manage supplier relationships, act as commercial interface for field services, and collaborate with marketing, procurement, legal, and compliance.

This role directly accelerates the transition to electric vehicles, reducing carbon emissions and helping the UK achieve net zero. By scaling EV charger installations, OVO Drive enables more drivers to switch to clean energy transport.

• Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen with a genuine eye for opportunity.
• Sound understanding of P&L management, unit economics, and margin.
• Experience building and maintaining budget models and performance reports.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; experience in energy retail, digital e-commerce, or low carbon technologies.

Salary: £59,690 - £75,000 per year. On-target bonus of 15%. 9% Flex Pay (4% auto-enrolled into pension, 5% flexible). 34 days holiday.
