About This Role

As a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Crusoe, you'll provide hands-on technical support through Zendesk while participating in a 24/7 rotation for critical issues. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction (maintaining 95%+ CSAT) and system reliability by diagnosing VM/hardware failures, managing alerts, and collaborating with global SRE/Networking teams from triage through root cause analysis.

Your day starts with checking Zendesk tickets and triaging alerts from the previous shift, then diagnosing a VM performance issue using CLI tools. You collaborate with the Storage team on a hardware failure RCA, document the solution in internal SOPs, and end by testing node delivery during a maintenance window before handing off to the next shift in the 24/7 rotation.
