Senior Cloud Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Azure-based cloud infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Design and implement new infrastructure or migrate existing components to Azure cloud
• Develop, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Monitor cloud infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, and drive root cause analysis to improve reliability

This role drives Eurofins' major IT Infrastructure transition and transformation across Environment Testing Europe Businesses, supporting environmental testing operations through reliable cloud infrastructure.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10+ years of IT infrastructure or operations experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior cloud operations or cloud engineering leadership role
• Proven experience managing infrastructure in Azure at scale with strong knowledge of Azure virtualization, O365, AD, Identity & Access, Security and Networking
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
