Senior Client Success Manager

• Lead and scale relationships with critical 3PL and food logistics partners, acting as the primary owner of client relationships and strategic partner for key accounts.
• Own the commercial health of assigned accounts including contract compliance, profitability, and revenue growth through contract negotiations and identification of expansion opportunities.
• Translate client business objectives into operational strategies, providing direction to Technical Program Managers and Operations teams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project pipeline and lead cross-functional project execution from concept through launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

By ensuring efficient and profitable operations for food logistics partners, this role helps reduce food waste and makes sustainable groceries more accessible, directly contributing to Misfits Market's mission of saving an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste.

• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a technical environment (3PL, Contract Packaging, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Consulting).
• Operational background with experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or Cold Chain Logistics.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred fields: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Food Science.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and SQL knowledge for data analysis; experience with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
