Mission

What you will drive

  • Own client success for a portfolio of utility clients, managing P&L, driving ARR growth, and serving as primary escalation point.
  • Drive results and strategy by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives for the Central Region.
  • Ensure seamless program operations by collaborating with Sales, improving tools/processes, tracking renewals/upsells, and reporting on key metrics.
  • Be a trusted advisor and effective communicator, guiding clients through key decisions and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BS or BA degree and 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.
  • Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, and grid services or adjacent industries required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to describe complex technical topics succinctly.
  • Analytical, creative, and curious mind with confidence in numbers and spreadsheets.
