Senior Client Manager Water & Wastewater Consulting (Florida, Georgia)

• Develop and lead high-performing client service teams for water and wastewater municipalities across the South region
• Grow client accounts and sell the full suite of engineering, science, and operations services
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating service terms
• Maintain account relationships to create revenue growth and coordinate with marketing teams

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling engineering services to the public sector, specifically within the water and wastewater industry
• Bachelor's degree in environmental or any engineering degree from an accredited program preferred
• Strong understanding of business development cycles including opportunity identification, positioning, and proposal development
• Ability to travel within South (FL/GA) to client locations and strong communication skills
