Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Facilitate, train, and coach system change initiatives (50% of role), adapting methodologies like 100-Day Challenges to community contexts and managing implementation issues
  • Project management (20% of role), including creating timelines, tracking activities, and managing logistics for community engagements
  • Contractor management (10% of role), training contractor Catalysts and ensuring high-quality work delivery
  • Project building and communication (10% of role), contributing to proposals, generating future work, and writing detailed reports
  • Organization-wide support (10% of role), collaborating on facilitation practices and participating in strategic working groups
