Senior Campaign Strategist, Clean Energy

Core responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial/manufacturing industry representatives and organizational partners focused on clean energy, frontline communities, and family-supporting jobs
• Track and surface opportunities for industrial manufacturers to advocate for clean energy policies in key industrial states (Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Michigan)
• Support the Sustainable Aluminum Network's efforts to decarbonize the domestic primary aluminum industry through meeting facilitation
• Support development of campaign strategy integrating organizational strengths with policy and power analysis

This role creates positive change by advancing clean energy development and industrial decarbonization through strategic advocacy, helping to reduce dangerous emissions while making industry accountable to communities and workers.

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of increasing responsibility with proven campaigning and coalition-building track record
• Background or familiarity with US power sector and/or corporate engagement
• Experience working with external partners and managing professional relationship development
• Experience working in virtual work environments
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Excellent project management skills and ability to set priorities

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $121,000 (non-negotiable)
