Senior Business Programs & Operations Manager

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives critical to Workiva's growth and innovation by translating strategy into clear, predictable execution
• Partner with GTM leaders to define problems, align stakeholders, and drive operational programs for elevated commercial outcomes
• Own and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives at an aggressive pace, ensuring clear scope and ownership across multiple Solutions and GTM teams
• Strengthen execution pace and alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions by applying SaaS revenue engine expertise

This role drives Workiva's growth and innovation by ensuring strategic initiatives translate into effective execution, ultimately supporting the company's mission to transform business reporting and compliance through technology.

• 6+ years of professional experience across GTM functions with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Consultative business acumen with experience delivering results in a highly consultative capacity, comprehending complex SaaS business models and financial data
• Proven skills in managing organizational change and transformational initiatives, including active adoption of AI and Generative tools
• Extensive experience in GTM functions and an orchestration-type or business consulting type role, with MBA or Master's degree preferred

Salary range in the US: $149,000.00 - $238,000.00

A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
