Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and build self-service data products
• Tell meaningful stories with data and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them to data requirements, and suggest key metrics
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security in delivered data products while promoting curated data and self-service insights

This role drives data-driven innovation and strategic decision-making across the organization, contributing significantly to company growth and success by enabling data-driven insights that power business decisions.

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role within technology sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale data extraction, manipulation and analysis
• Advanced analysis and data visualization skills with tools like Tableau, Quicksight, Superset, R libraries or Python libraries

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
