Senior Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist will drive strategic growth for AECOM India across Buildings and Industrial sectors with a core focus on Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor and Data Center projects. The role is responsible for:

• Own and exceed annual BD targets for qualified pipeline, proposal wins, bookings and GP—aligned to sector growth plans.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority clients (owners, developers, EPCs, hyperscalers, OEMs) in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing and data center ecosystems.
• Lead opportunity qualification (Go/No-Go), capture strategy, win themes, and value proposition; orchestrate bid/no-bid reviews with leadership.
• Manage end-to-end proposal process—RFI/RFP response, pricing coordination, risk reviews, commercial terms, and governance compliance.

This role drives strategic growth for AECOM India's infrastructure projects in key sectors, contributing to the development of advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and data center facilities that support technological and industrial progress.

• Experience in business development, pipeline generation, account-based pursuits, and bid management
• Ability to develop and execute account plans for priority clients in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing and data center ecosystems
• Skills in mapping buying centers, building trusted relationships through CxO/Director-level engagements, and thought leadership
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (Architecture, MEP, Process, PM/CM, QS, Sustainability, Digital) to craft integrated solutions
