Senior Business Development Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Build and close new business by identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value customers in food and ingredient applications, supporting them through onboarding and scaling.
• Navigate complex organizations by engaging key decision-makers across R&D, Marketing, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Leadership to drive adoption of EVERY's proteins.
• Expand market presence by developing and executing outreach strategies across priority categories and regions to accelerate customer acquisition.
• Own your pipeline by managing forecasting, pipeline development, and deal progression with accuracy and urgency.

This role creates positive change by helping bring animal-free egg proteins to the global food industry, supporting EVERY's mission to decouple the world's proteins from animals and provide a kinder, more sustainable alternative to factory farming.

Required skills and experience:

• 5–10 years of business development, sales, or commercial experience within the food, ingredient, or related B2B sector.
• Strong understanding of food product development cycles, commercialization processes, and customer decision-making structures.
• Proven success generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing complex B2B deals.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence across technical and commercial audiences.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
• Hands-on, hungry, and self-starting: thrives in ambiguity and moves fast to capture opportunities.
• CRM Experience (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
