What you will drive
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Define, steer, and execute B2B outbound campaigns aimed at securing long-term purchase agreements and spot sales for high-quality durable carbon removal credits.
- Proposal Management and Contracting: Lead crafting of proposals for buyer carbon removal RFPs, engage with senior-level corporate stakeholders, navigate technical due diligence, and close mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop robust networks and establish new partnerships with key industry stakeholders to reinforce sales and market presence.
- Deep Dive into Carbon Removal Projects: Acquire in-depth understanding of diverse durable carbon removal technologies and effectively communicate their significance to various audiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years professional experience in consultative Business Development and B2B Sales roles with solid sales track record including multi-million USD deal sizes.
- Familiarity with carbon markets and climate-related guidances/frameworks; prior experience and existing network in carbon (removal) market preferred, especially in London/UK.
- Proficient in negotiation with keen commercial acumen and deep understanding of effective contract management.
- Effective and captivating communicator with fluency in English (German, Spanish, and/or French are a plus).
