Senior Business Development Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients and create relationships at new prospect accounts
• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions and develop a white space plan for prospective new business opportunities
• Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients and actively sell EPE services to new prospect customers

This role contributes to building a modern, secure, and resilient grid by advancing energy intelligence and renewable energy solutions, helping transform the future of energy and making an impact on communities and the environment.

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a business development associate, account manager or related experience
• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• 2+ years of energy experience working with utilities and renewable energy
• Proven record of high-volume sales growth and strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
• Strong organizational, relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
