Senior Business Developer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth initiatives and drive revenue across solar and energy storage engineering services
• Build and execute account-specific sales strategies, research new opportunities, and guide client growth conversations
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation
• Build strong relationships with senior decision makers and represent Pure Power at client meetings and industry events

This role contributes to expanding solar and energy storage engineering services, directly supporting the transition to renewable energy and creating positive environmental impact through increased adoption of clean energy solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, account management, or technical sales, preferably with 3 years in solar, energy storage, engineering, or related B2B sectors
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate commercial terms
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills with high proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to operate with minimal oversight, comfortable traveling nationwide approximately 35%

Salary Range: $150,000 - $230,000 total compensation package
