Senior Business Analyst

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to Customer Service operations, fleet health, and product performance using SQL and PySpark.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards using Incorta, Tableau, or Power BI to support monitoring and leadership visibility.
• Develop data models and algorithms that support diagnostic and predictive analytics.

• 6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields with focus on Operations and Customer Service metrics.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, Incorta/Tableau/Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, MBA preferred with consistent academic performance (60%+ across major examinations).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process-driven approach.
