Senior Business Analyst - AI

• Analyze the needs of the Company's most complex functional business areas within Republic Services, providing recommendations on system solutions or procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT department, ensuring that the scope of work requested to enhance or modify existing application processes are clearly documented, communicated, and validated.
• Work closely with IT experts to design, develop, document, test, and validate solutions that meet business requirements, and may lead projects and mentor other Business Analysts.
• Perform research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability, and assist with creating value propositions (ROI) for proposed projects.

This role supports Republic Services' mission to advance circularity and support decarbonization, helping deliver on their vision to partner with customers to create a more sustainable world through efficient business systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development.
• Minimum of 1 year project management/coordination tracking and organizing business analysis documentation for projects.
• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis, and Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification.
