Mission
What you will drive
- Own the full bid lifecycle from preparation, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications to achieve market competitiveness and margin
- Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations
- Manage preparation of all technical, financial, cash flow, and operational delivery aspects of bids, indicating prices and trading conditions
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in contract agreements across customers/channels and manage vendor selection for equipment and materials

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in Bid/Tendering Management, Project Engineering, Business development & sales
- Recognised engineering qualification minimum HNC
- Industry Sector knowledge in HV (400kV–132kV) and MV (66kV-11kV) with experience in Industrial, Datacentre, Renewables, Power Quality and substation design
- Experience within the energy sector - Transmission & Distribution desired, with knowledge of Contract terms and conditions (NEC3/4, FIDIC beneficial)
