Senior BESS Performance Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior BESS Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in London.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize the performance of our BESS systems
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
