(Senior) BESS Engineer - Americas

• Serve as primary technical contact for US and Americas customers, building relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Lead technical onboarding, including reviewing Single Line Diagrams, mapping sensor hierarchies, and configuring sensor specifications in Databricks.
• Manage KPI rollout and validation, diagnose sensor data quality issues, and lead performance analysis during commissioning and augmentation.
• Surface recurring product gaps and customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and run platform training for performance engineers, O&M leads, and asset managers.

This role directly supports the energy transition by ensuring battery energy storage systems are reliable, safe, and scalable, helping the world reach net zero faster.

• BESS industry experience required (performance engineer, systems engineer, or O&M engineer).
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated BESS experience.
• Comfortable with Python in an analytical context; Databricks experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of lithium-ion battery behavior, degradation mechanisms, and BESS data flows.
