What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Developing Upright's data analytics platform for institutional investment organizations and corporations
- Working on platform team to build customer-facing and internal tools, or data teams to produce impact data and supporting datasets
- Developing data pipelines, algorithms, and Python microservices for net impact models and machine learning solutions
- Implementing new features, bug fixes, improving technical infrastructure, and developing novel algorithms

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including 1+ year with TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and React (or ability to learn quickly)
- Understanding of full software lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and operations
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Additional valued qualifications:
- Experience with distributed, data-intensive software products
- Experience with machine learning technologies
- Experience with Docker, Elasticsearch, AWS Cloudfront, AWS S3
- Python programming experience with numerical libraries
